Russia or UK, which is better?

The channel's stated goal is to show normal everyday life for a Brit in southern Russia, and it mostly does exactly that. Videos are low-budget walks and drives around the Anapa area: a village butcher's shop, a school open day, the seafront, a local winery, houses for sale. The production is rough, which suits the subject.

What sets it apart is his readiness to film the parts that don't look good. Next to sunny coastal clips there are videos like "Real Russia, derelict and depressing". The recurring question is a practical one: is life here better or worse than in the UK, and at what price?
