Minimum income rule for working foreigners
Working foreigners must earn at least the regional subsistence minimum; otherwise the patent or work permit is cancelled.

In Moscow and the region, visa-free adults staying over 90 days (incl. students) register via the Amina app. No geolocation for over 3 working days means deregistration.
